 ACTIVE COVID-19 CASES NOW TOTAL 525, as health authorities logged 58 new recoveries, 27 new cases and 10 new deaths on June 28, 2021. 

This brings the total confirmed COVID-19 cases to 11, 550 with 10, 517 recoveries and 508 mortalities.

Camp Navarro, Calarian, Zamboanga City – May 24, 2022 The Western Mindanao Command’s Joint Task Force Central launched preemptive military operations to prevent the Daulah Islamiyah-Turaifie Group (DI-TG) led by Esmael Abdulmalik, a.k.a. Abu Turaifie, from harassing communities after they were sighted in Sitio Patawali, Barangay Ganta, Datu Salibo, Maguindanao on Monday morning, May 23, 2022. The newly installed JTF Central Acting Commander, Brig. Gen.
